2011 Presentation Picnic Bookings |
This is a family picnic day combined with our end of year Trophy presentation and Awards, so come along and have a relaxing day by the lagoon. Santa usually makes an appearance for the kids, and paddle boats/canoes will also be available, so don’t forget your swimmers, towel & sunscreen!!! The day kicks off around 10.00am and the formal Presentation will be after lunch. A very tasty lunch of roast & salad is supplied at no cost to Members. Feel free to bring along your family & friends as always, for a small fee of just $10 per adult and $5 per child payable to our Club Secretary. Soft drinks and water are supplied. B.Y.O. Alcohol. We do require numbers for catering purposes, so be sure to get your name down as soon as possible. Bookings are needed by no later than the prior Sunday 4th December 2011. To make your bookings please contact our Club Secretary. All competitors in this year’s Championship will receive a trophy along with the top 3 in each class receiving specialty trophies.
